The proposed scheme is located within the designated Southall opportunity area and will be a significant contributor to local re-generation within the town centre and also provides a landmark that marks the entrance to the town centre by defining the Easter Gateway to Southall.
The development consists of 150 residential units and a small commercial element split between three blocks that vary between 4 – 14 storeys in height. The blocks have been arranged to create a legible ground floor plane, filtering users gradually from public to private areas as they access from the High St. to the North of the site into the heart of the scheme.
